TEEOCA Meeting December 2nd

December 2nd, 2009

TEEOCA

Tulsa Equal Employment Opportunity Coordinators Association
______________________
Invitation from Tulsa Chapter President:

Travis Jones

101 Tis’ the season to be jolly, but not foolish or unprepared for the inevitable! Our program this month is timely! Avoid having your holiday party turn into a case for sexual harassment, exposure to liabilities and something that will make the news media not reflect well on your company. Monica has given this program to her clients and others in the past few years, and has developed a program that will be very relevant for our attendees.  It has been our intention to provide programs that are current and give you something to keep you abreast of how to be the professional in the Human Resource field. Consider bringing one of your staff members, that help plan the events for your company.  This program applies to any activity your company sponsors or that would involve your employees.
Next month, we have Chris Thrutchley with another timely program.  Our program chairman and his committee have done an excellent job of coming up with speakers and programs that benefit our members.  If you have suggestions for topics as we move into 2010, please let us know.
We need your reservation no later than noon on Monday November 30th.  We are looking forward to a great program.  This program has been approved for HRCI credit.

If you have not joined TEEOCA, please consider joining and becoming active.  www.teeoca.org   See new info each month along with links to sites for employment law issues.  If you have a good site that you think the members would find value in knowing about, would you let me know and we will get it posted on the link section

May you have a joyous Christmas season!
Sincerely,

Travis Jones
