Invitation from Tulsa Chapter President:

Travis Jones

122 My has this year flown by quickly.  As I look back and think about all the changes in our country over the past year, it amazes me:  Economic collapse, bail outs, a new president, the stock market shift, oil & gas up and down, the lays offs continuing, and on top of all that, so many new laws for employers to keep abreast of – Are you tired yet?  Chris Thrutchley will bring us a fresh insight into FMLA with some real life situations for us to consider, and the need for on-going basic prevention training. He promises to bring a program that will help you navigate the economy and help you and your companies to keep above the laws of the land.  I was reminded over the past few months of the value of TEEOCA, to keep our HR community up to date on current issues. Without a doubt, your board is committed to providing you with programs that help you to maintain a seat at the table with your companies.  Thanks for the great attendance and commitment to coming each month.  It has a been a pleasure being a part of TEEOCA this year.

If you have not joined TEEOCA, please consider joining and becoming active.  www.teeoca.org   See new info each month along with links to sites for employment law issues.  If you have a good site that you think the members would find value in knowing about, would you let me know and we will get it posted on the link section
Sincerely,

Travis Jones
